About the Role
We’re looking for a performance-driven Direct Response Marketing Senior Creative Strategist to lead the ideation, development, and optimization of creative assets across paid channels. You’ll partner closely with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to translate performance data into actionable creative strategies that drive conversions, ROAS, and scale.
What You’ll Do
• Develop compelling, insight-driven creative strategies for direct response campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels.
• Analyze creative performance and consumer behavior to identify patterns, winning formats, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to brief in high-performing concepts, hooks, and formats.
• Conduct competitive research, market trends analysis, and customer insights deep-dives to inform creative direction.
• Own the creative testing roadmap, including prioritization, test design, and iteration cycles.
• Build and maintain a bank of winning ad concepts, frameworks, and creative best practices.
• Present creative strategy and performance insights to cross-functional teams and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth-focused content production.
• Proven experience in direct response and paid social channels, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Proven experience conceptualizing or scripting long-form direct response content such as Video Sales Letters (VSLs), landing page videos, or advertorial-style contentExperience working in DTC, ecommerce, or high-velocity growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
• Background in copywriting, design, or video content creation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, audience psychology, and the performance ad lifecycle.
• Data-literate mindset — comfortable interpreting metrics like CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can translate performance data into clear creative direction.
• Familiarity with creative testing methodologies and rapid iteration processes.
• Languages Skills: Fluent in both Spanish and English
