Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced performance marketer to join our growth team and help us expand and improve on the paid acquisition for Quality Mediaβs key brand partners. Quality Media has a roster of the best DTC brands with annual budgets exceeding $10M/year.
The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end client relationships while managing media spend, creative, and more.
β’ Strategize, execute, manage, and report on paid search and paid social campaigns for a book of clients across multiple platforms. Currently primarily Meta + Tiktok.
β’ Meet monthly client KPIs and goals.
β’ Partner with Creative, Content, and Editorial teams to consistently test, and deliver feedback to improve channel performance
β’ Brainstorm successful creative ideas bi-weekly and content strategies that hit client KPIs and goals
β’ Build client relationships and Interface directly with the client on campaign performance, optimizations, insights and strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role will be essential in supporting digital marketing leads in day to day management of paid social campaigns and digital media analytics.
β’ Nurture client relationships, lead client meetings + assist in client management via email and Slack
β’ Manage paid social and search campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google and other social platforms
β’ Develop creative strategies, headlines and hooks that hit monthly KPIs and goals
β’ Create data studio + reporting metrics dashboards for each client.
β’ Present weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc dashboards and campaign reports to internal and client stakeholders
β’ Stay current with client and industry trends and benchmarks
β’ Deliver tracking analysis and reports to support client campaigns and programs, creative and recommended solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ 5-7 years experience in a related role
β’ Experience managing $100k+/month budgets on Meta, Tiktok, Google
β’ Agency and brand experience preferred
β’ Expert user of Excel / Google Sheets
β’ Expert user of Google Analytics
β’ Strong analytical skills; must have experience analyzing and interpreting data
β’ Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with others
β’ Must be highly motivated and willing to learn
β’ Willing to work in a startup environment β we like scrappy employees!
