Role description
About Wear Felicity
Wear Felicity is a fast-growing e-commerce jewelry brand that helps people celebrate what they love most. We design and deliver meaningful, personalized jewelry pieces that connect deeply with our customers’ passions.
We currently invest heavily in paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and AppLovin. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can own, optimize, and scale our paid media strategy while partnering cross-functionally to fuel growth.
Role Overview
As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be both the strategist and the operator. You’ll manage campaigns directly across all key ad platforms, run structured creative and audience tests.
This is a hands-on role inside the ad accounts, not just managing or delegating. You’ll also contribute to broader growth initiatives — CRO experiments, funnel optimizations, and integrating paid with lifecycle channels.
What You’ll Do
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
• Own campaign management across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, Google, and AppLovin.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve ROAS, CAC, and scaling targets.
• Manage budgets daily, pacing spend toward monthly goals.
Creative Testing & Insights
• Develop and run a structured creative testing roadmap (hooks, formats, offers).
• Partner with the creative team & UGC creators to brief and launch new ads weekly.
• Translate creative performance into actionable insights for future concepts.
Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM, LTV contribution).
• Produce weekly performance reports with clear insights and action steps.
• Break down results by audience, placement, and funnel stage to inform strategy.
Growth Experiments
• Test campaign structures (ASC, ABO, CBO, bid strategies).
• Collaborate on landing page A/B tests to maximize conversion.
• Explore new paid channels to diversify growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Align retargeting with email/SMS flows.
• Share competitor insights and industry trends to inspire new initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to scale high-performing campaigns and cut inefficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience, with deep hands-on media buying expertise.
• Proven track record of profitably managing large-scale e-commerce budgets ($100K+/mo).
• Strong analytical skills and platform fluency (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Excel/Sheets).
• Creative thinker who knows how to generate, test, and scale winning ad angles.
• Experience with mobile ad platforms (AppLovin or similar) is a strong plus.
• Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and career growth opportunities.
• Join a rapidly scaling DTC brand with a meaningful mission.
• Your work directly impacts company growth and revenue.
• Creative, collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
• Remote-friendly, flexible work environment.
• 401(k) retirement plan.
