Who We’re Looking For We’re searching for a rock star Senior Media Buyer who lives and breathes performance marketing and knows how to scale paid traffic profitably across Meta, Google/MSN, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest. You should be a strategic operator, not a button pusher — someone who knows how to optimize for high ROAS, reduce CAC, boost AOV, and increase CLTV using real data and proven systems. You also know how to interpret Wicked Reports to make intelligent decisions across the entire funnel. What You’ll Do • Scale profitable paid traffic campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, and YouTube, etc • Launch, manage, and optimize high-converting ecommerce and telehealth funnel campaigns • Analyze Wicked Reports attribution data to identify profitable acquisition paths and LTV drivers • Run structured creative testing sprints, analyze performance trends, and scale winning creatives • Optimize campaigns daily using ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, and AOV metrics — not just CTRs and CPCs • Execute cold-to-retargeting audience strategies using CBO and manual bid control • Lead full-funnel performance tracking from ad click to post-purchase (landing pages, upsells, checkouts) • Report insights and performance weekly across all KPIs and offer verticals High-Leverage Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and maintain proper pixel setups, UTM tracking, Google tags, and Meta/TikTok CAPI • Collaborate with dev/data teams to deploy custom audiences, funnel segmentation, and automation triggers • Launch, test, and optimize landing page and offer split tests with a CRO-focused lens • Partner with retention and email/SMS (Klaviyo, GHL) teams to ensure full LTV extraction post-purchase • Create and implement upsell/downsell/retargeting flows to increase AOV and backend revenue • Audit Shopify storefronts, checkout sequences, and user flow to reduce drop-off and cart abandonment • Stay on top of privacy trends (e.g., iOS17+, cookie restrictions) and proactively adapt tracking strategies • Monitor cohort performance and customer payback windows to ensure scalable growth economics What You Bring • 7+ years media buying experience with a focus on DTC ecommerce • Deep experience scaling profitable campaigns on Meta and Google Ads + at least 2 other platforms (TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, YouTube) • Hands-on experience using Wicked Reports, Hyros, Triple Whale, or Northbeam to analyze attribution data • Mastery of growth metrics: CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, Payback Periods, CVR • Familiarity with Shopify, GoHighLevel, and funnel-based CRO best practices • Strong working knowledge of pixels, tags, UTMs, tracking tools, and CAPI • Experience managing $50K–$500K+ monthly budgets with proven ROI • Strong communication, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills Compensation & Perks • $75K+ base salary • $75k - $175k+ Uncapped performance-based bonuses tied to ROI and revenue • Equity participation available based on long-term contribution • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, PTO, 401k • Remote-first, fast-paced, performance-driven culture • A cross-functional team of our web developers, data scientists, media buyers, creatives, marketing automation experts and copywriters supporting you
