About the Role
The Senior Product Analyst will be the analytics leader embedded within key product squads at Styli. You will drive data strategy for product decisions, lead experimentation, and influence the roadmap with actionable insights. This is a high-impact role shaping the future of Styliβs customer experience across the GCC and India.
Responsibilities:
β’ Define and own key product metrics; ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
β’ Lead experimentation strategy: design, run, and interpret A/B tests at scale.
β’ Provide thought leadership in analytics, guiding junior analysts and product teams.
β’ Partner with Product Managers and business leaders to shape roadmaps with data-driven insights.
β’ Proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and personalization.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure proper data instrumentation.
Qualifications
β’ 2 to 4 yearsβ experience in Product/Business Analytics, preferably in e-commerce, digital platforms, or marketplaces.
β’ Advanced SQL and strong data visualization skills.
β’ Strong experience with experimentation frameworks and statistical analysis.
β’ Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
β’ Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments.
