Role: Senior Product Designer Duration: 6 Month + Extensions Location: Basking Ridge, NJ or NYC (Hybrid) Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience with UX/UI Design • Experience with information architecture, design strategy and customer journey insights • Background with mobile, customer facing digital applications • Detail oriented with pixel perfect visuals in Figma • Hands on experience with an enterprise design system • Strong design documentation skills • Excellent communication skills to present design work to stakeholders • Background with e-commerce shop design • Up to date portfolio with end to end case studies Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience designing product information pages and product landing pages Job Description Insight Global is seeking and Senior Product Designer to support a customer facing design portfolio with a background in strategy and customer journey insights. The portfolio will be focused on a mix of mobile app, mobile web and web based design. Understanding UX functionality is important but a large portion of deliverables for the role will be focused on UI and Visual design in partnership with Experience Managers, Product Partners, Service Designers, and Marketing teams. It is important for candidates to understand an omnichannel, customer facing environment with multiple digital touchpoints. Candidates will be focused on a sales shop experience partnering with a Digital Merchandising team to design offers, deals and customer learning experiences across the lower and upper funnel e-commerce experience. On a day to day candidates will be meeting with product and development stakeholders, working with them to discuss and align on customer journey specs to be able to implement design and share design thought process and strategy for improvements to the overall product at each digital touchpoint. Candidates will work within a enterprise design system to create pixel perfect visuals for screen design. There is a content strategy team and design research team candidates will partner with to be able to focus on designing the experience. The team is eager for someone to take initiative, build strong stakeholder relationships and be autonomous. • • This job includes paid Federal Holidays as well as 5 days of PTO • • Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Compensation: $54hr to $65hr
