Senior Product Designer – UX | B2C eCommerce | Figma | Adobe Creative | London | Retail Are you a creative, user-obsessed Product Designer with a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences? We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer to join a dynamic and collaborative Product Design team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences across our web and mobile friendly platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: • Design Systems: Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products. • Design Execution: Deliver high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user interfaces for both web and mobile-friendly sites. • User Research: Conduct usability testing and research to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user journey. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, optimisation, and trading teams to bring ideas to life. • Iteration & Innovation: Use data, feedback, and trends to iterate on designs and introduce fresh, user-centric ideas. • Documentation: Create clear, detailed design specs to communicate your vision effectively. Experience: • 3–5 years’ experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work across B2C eCommerce platforms. • Proven experience designing for both web and mobile web (not apps!). • Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite – you know how to build, maintain, and evolve them. • Comfortable with wireframing, prototyping, and working in agile, cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and usability principles. • Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively. • Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development.
