Responsibilities:
โข Define and evolve Armoireโs product vision in alignment with our business goals and brand mission.
โข Own the product roadmap and prioritization process, ensuring high-impact initiatives are executed on time and at quality.
โข Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies (especially AI) to inform and refine our strategy.
โข Serve on the executive team, helping guide company-level priorities and OKRs.
โข Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of product managers and designers.
โข Create a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in accountability and continuous learning.
โข Provide coaching and support to help team members grow into leadership roles.
โข Build best-in-class processes for experimentation, product development, and go-to-market.
โข Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product launches, customer delight, and business impact.
โข Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable experiments, features, and improvements.
โข Support product marketing strategy and communications alongside our marketing team.
Qualifications:
Required:
โข 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a product leadership role.
โข A repeatable track record of shipping and scaling products that drive meaningful business results.
โข Experience leading cross-functional product and design teams.
โข Exceptional communication skills โ from exec-level presentations to async collaboration.
โข Deep analytical skills and comfort working with data, testing, and user research.
โข Ability to flex between IC-level execution and strategic leadership as needed.
Preferred:
โข Experience in e-commerce, fashion tech, or subscription-based business models.
โข Technical fluency and experience working closely and/or managing engineers.
โข Familiarity with AI applications in personalization, styling, or logistics.
โข Background in warehouse systems, operations, or hardware-integrated platforms.
โข Based in Seattle or willing to work hybrid.
