Responsibilities: โ€ข Define and evolve Armoireโ€™s product vision in alignment with our business goals and brand mission. โ€ข Own the product roadmap and prioritization process, ensuring high-impact initiatives are executed on time and at quality. โ€ข Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies (especially AI) to inform and refine our strategy. โ€ข Serve on the executive team, helping guide company-level priorities and OKRs. โ€ข Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of product managers and designers. โ€ข Create a high-performing, collaborative culture grounded in accountability and continuous learning. โ€ข Provide coaching and support to help team members grow into leadership roles. โ€ข Build best-in-class processes for experimentation, product development, and go-to-market. โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product launches, customer delight, and business impact. โ€ข Translate qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable experiments, features, and improvements. โ€ข Support product marketing strategy and communications alongside our marketing team. Qualifications: Required: โ€ข 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a product leadership role. โ€ข A repeatable track record of shipping and scaling products that drive meaningful business results. โ€ข Experience leading cross-functional product and design teams. โ€ข Exceptional communication skills โ€” from exec-level presentations to async collaboration. โ€ข Deep analytical skills and comfort working with data, testing, and user research. โ€ข Ability to flex between IC-level execution and strategic leadership as needed. Preferred: โ€ข Experience in e-commerce, fashion tech, or subscription-based business models. โ€ข Technical fluency and experience working closely and/or managing engineers. โ€ข Familiarity with AI applications in personalization, styling, or logistics. โ€ข Background in warehouse systems, operations, or hardware-integrated platforms. โ€ข Based in Seattle or willing to work hybrid.
