The Sr. Product Manager, iOS App is a key member of the eCommerce team, responsible for defining and delivering exceptional products that align with business goals and drive value for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of product management principles, a passion for apps, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. The Sr. Product Manager plays a crucial role in leading the product strategy and roadmap for the iOS app and Gift Registry product teams with medium-high complexity, driving significant business growth and user value.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Define priority, scope, and direction aligned to a product strategy they helped define for the iOS app and Gift Registry product teams with medium-high complexity.
• Establish clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track the products’ success and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associate Product Managers and Product Managers fostering a high-performance culture and developing product talent.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for multiple product teams, ensuring effective execution from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Work autonomously to define and prioritize features across the products based on data, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Leverage their comprehensive understanding of the functionality and utilization of systems, tools, and applications within product(s) to proactively align roadmaps and dependencies with other products and stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business partners, engineering, and leadership.
• Execute “best in class” product management methodology, continually bringing new methodologies and techniques to improve product quality and speed to market.
• Lead by example in all aspects of performance and development to encourage professional growth and associate satisfaction, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment, adhering to agile methodologies.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Conduct product discovery activities to validate product ideas and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on product strategy and roadmap, proactively managing dependencies.
• Lead and motivate product teams to constantly improve key performance indicators.
• Lead executive-level meetings and conversations, effectively communicating product strategy, progress, and insights.
• Manage the product backlog and opportunity backlog to consistently innovate in ways that improve the business and customer experience.
• Establish and conduct continual discovery cycles for products that maximize business value, industry trends, and the full resources of the product team.
• Work closely with management and product teams to define compelling products, paths to market, and evangelize that vision within teams and across the company.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend external vendors to support vision and roadmap where appropriate and manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations and renewals.
• Prioritize all defects associated with the products and/or that are impacting business partners with appropriate urgency and consideration of current backlog.
• Guide and influence the priority, scope, and direction of multiple products or product teams.
