Position Summary We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, planning, and execution of product initiatives at OrderPort. This high-impact role is responsible for managing the product roadmap, defining features and functionality, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to our customers. You'll lead product development efforts in close partnership with Engineering, with a strong focus on agile processes, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making. This is a hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, requiring regular in-office collaboration. Key Responsibilities ● Lead roadmap grooming, prioritization, and execution in alignment with business goals ● Conduct product and market research to identify customer needs and industry trends ● Define features with clear acceptance criteria and user stories ● Serve as a product expert and advocate, deeply understanding the OrderPort platform ● Collaborate closely with Engineering to scope solutions and deliver high-quality releases ● Champion agile/SCRUM best practices, ensuring teams follow a disciplined and iterative process ● Gather feedback from stakeholders and end users to continuously refine the product ● Communicate product updates, milestones, and key metrics to leadership and internal teams Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce platforms ● Deep understanding of agile and SCRUM methodologies; comfortable running ceremonies and backlog grooming ● Proven experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and market strategy ● Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional teams ● Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical details with user needs ● Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling company or startup environment is a plus What We Offer ● Competitive salary and benefits ● Hybrid work flexibility with an office in downtown Bellevue ● A collaborative team culture driven by ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement
