Position Summary Why join our team? As a Senior Product Manager in the Samsung UK Services team your primary focus is driving the growth of Samsung Care propoistion, D2C and B2B device care. You will be the centre point for Samsung Care in the UK and will also collaborate with the European and Global service functions, driving partner engagement, product playbook and customer journeys. The Services team are part of the wider UK Mobile Experience - Product Management and Marketing organisation. Our Senior Product Managers are both the engine and the driver of our services, happy to bounce between strategy, operations and delivery. Role And Responsibilities Your key responsibilities β€’ Be customer centric β€’ Optimise consumer journeys to maximise Samsung Care+ attach to all mobile products β€’ Focus on optimizing the customer experience of Care+ across key channels (Samsung.com, Samsung Experience Stores, Sales Portal) β€’ Work with the marketing and communications teams to inform all consumer touch points and ensure continuity in the experience throughout the customer life cycle β€’ Identify, test and implement new service opportunities either self initiated or as part of international collaboration on behalf of the UK β€’ Drive momentum of Samsung Care+ through team members and partners β€’ Be the centre of Samsung Care+ knowledge for the business including product roadmap and operational processes β€’ Build strong and fruitful cross-team relationships, including Samsung HQ (Suwon), European office and internal UK teams β€’ Leverage our Insurance partner’s expertise commercially, operationally, regulatory and otherwise and ensure compliance with FCA β€’ Drive and hold to account key sales channels to deliver against shared targets, actively managing and calling out risks and challenges β€’ Data driven decision making β€’ Use data to monitor performance, forecast and adjust course, as well as spot trends and risks as they appear β€’ Use commercial insight to inform decision making on product positioning and offers/campaigns β€’ Report on performance and planning week on week β€’ Maintain and administrate the propositions β€’ Support delivery of Knox Product proposition across the B2B function β€’ Technical implementation and maintenance of new Samsung Care+ and Knox products β€’ Work with cross functional teams to maintain the service (finance, customer service, legal etc) What does success look like? β€’ Sustain and optimise the current product strategy for Care+ β€’ Delivery of core Key Performance Indicators set for 2026 and beyond β€’ Building strong relationships across insurance provider Skills And Qualifications What we need for this role β€’ We are particularly interested in those who have worked in customer centric roles for organisations such as FinTech, InsureTech, Mobile-led ecommerce and innovative telecoms environments β€’ Proven Product Management experience of digital first products β€’ Shown experience working on consumer focused applications or products β€’ Demonstrable experience of driving significant results through 3rd parties/partners year on year β€’ Extensive knowledge of using data to underpin decision making β€’ Experience of working in a heavily regulated environment β€’ Experience in executing test, learn and deploy initiatives β€’ Excellent relationship management skills β€’ Resilient under pressure with a challenger mentality β€’ Commercially minded and growth focused β€’ Ability to work independently and productively in an unstructured and ambiguous environment β€’ Able to present to senior audiences in a clear and concise manner β€’ Customer journey mapping β€’ Fundamentals of data manipulation and deriving insights β€’ Forecasting based on sellout and past performance β€’ Product performance analysis β€’ Existing knowledge of the insurance market preferable β€’ Existing knowledge of ecommerce desirable Benefits Of Working At Samsung Include β€’ Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home per week β€’ Bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance β€’ Car allowance β€’ Private medical – family cover β€’ Income protection β€’ Enhanced pension contribution β€’ Three volunteering days each year β€’ Flexible benefit portal and contribution of Β£55 per month - including travel insurance, gym membership, season ticket loan, Tastecard, dental insurance and more β€’ Holiday - 25 days plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday β€’ Access to discounts on a wide range of Samsung products β€’ Access to a discount shopping portal A note on equal opportunities We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.
