This role focuses on enhancing user experiences, optimizing digital platforms, and driving revenue growth through strategic product development. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) environment. • Work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless web and mobile experiences. • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to optimize eCommerce and casino engagement features. • Partner with hospitality teams to implement digital solutions that enhance the guest experience. • Leverage data analytics to measure product performance and inform decision-making. • Ensure compliance with gaming industry regulations and best practices in hospitality and digital commerce. Qualifications: • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in hospitality, eCommerce, or gaming industries. • Strong background in web and mobile application development. • Familiarity with casino engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and digital commerce. • Experience in an Agile product development environment. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable product strategies. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements. • Experience with payment processing and digital commerce platforms. • Understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile applications.
