Senior Retail & E-Commerce Leader
Hourly Contract | Remote | $75–$100/hr

Role Overview
This opportunity is for seasoned Retail & E-Commerce professionals to collaborate with a top AI research team. You will help develop and evaluate advanced AI systems that replicate real-world retail and e-commerce workflows — including inventory forecasting, product content optimization, and campaign performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated retail outputs such as forecasting reports, merchandising plans, and performance dashboards for quality and accuracy
• Calibrate AI decision-making on tasks like SKU replenishment proposals, shelf planogram resets, and ROI calculations
• Develop domain-specific assets like inventory-replenishment playbooks, product content guidelines, and performance-reporting templates
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve system accuracy and effectiveness
Ideal Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in retail or e-commerce roles such as Retail Operations, E-Commerce Merchandising, Category Management, or Supply Chain Planning, OR graduate education in a related field
• Background in elite consulting firms, top-tier tech companies, or senior leadership roles within Retail & E-Commerce
• Strong skills in demand forecasting, open-to-buy budgeting, GMV/revenue KPI analysis, and merchandising metrics
• Experience developing retail assets including store scorecards, inventory models, product-content libraries, and campaign-ROI dashboards
• Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation abilities
Project Details
• Start Date: August 4th
• Duration: 6 weeks
• Commitment: Part-time (~20 hours/week)
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous, flexible working hours
• Compensation: $75–$100/hr USD, depending on experience
