Projects include improving inventory forecasting, merchandising optimization, and performance reporting systems. Responsibilities • Evaluate AI-generated retail outputs such as forecasting reports, merchandising strategies, and campaign dashboards • Calibrate model decision-making for tasks like SKU replenishment, planogram resets, and ROI modeling • Contribute expert-created assets such as inventory playbooks, product content guidelines, and performance reporting frameworks • Work asynchronously with product and AI researchers to iterate and refine systems Ideal Candidate Profile • 3+ years in senior-level roles across Retail Operations, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Category Management, or Supply Chain • Background at a top consulting firm or tech company, OR a graduate degree from a highly regarded institution • Expertise in demand forecasting, budgeting (e.g., open-to-buy), revenue/GMV analysis, and merchandising KPIs • Experience producing industry-standard tools: inventory models, content libraries, store scorecards, and ROI dashboards • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Project Timeline • Start Date: August 4, 2025 • Duration: 6 weeks • Commitment: ~20 hours per week • Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous — work on your time Compensation & Contract Terms • Rate: $75–$100/hour USD, based on experience • Status: Independent Contractor • Payment: Weekly via Stripe Connect Application Process 1.
