Position Details • Position: Senior Retail & E-Commerce Leaders – AI Dataset Contributor • Type: Hourly Contract (Remote) • Compensation: $75–$100/hour (USD) • Location: Remote • Duration: 6 weeks Role Responsibilities • Evaluate outputs from AI systems, such as forecasting reports, merchandising plans, and performance dashboards, for quality and accuracy. • Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks like SKU replenishment proposals, shelf planogram resets, and ROI calculations. • Create domain-specific assets, including inventory-replenishment playbooks, product-content guidelines, and performance-reporting templates. • Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to improve systems. Requirements • Strong experience in a Retail & E-commerce related role (Retail Operations, E-Commerce Merchandising, Category Management, Supply-Chain Planning) OR a graduate education. • Experience at an elite consulting firm or technology company, education from a top school, or a senior role in Retail & E-Commerce. • Strong proficiency in demand forecasting, open-to-buy budgeting, GMV/revenue KPI analysis, and merchandising metrics. • Experience creating retail assets like store scorecards, inventory models, product-content libraries, and campaign-ROI dashboards. • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
