About The Role The Senior Account Executive will focus on selling our digital commerce services, spanning the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity qualification, sales pursuits, closing strategy, and execution to account management. The Senior Account Executive will build and maintain strong relationships with VTEX clients, working closely with C-Levels, understanding their needs, and showcasing the value VTEX solutions add to their businesses. Location Requirement: This role is based in London, and the ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the UK commerce market, including industry trends, key players, and regional business dynamics. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Execution: β€’ Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or industries. β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Client Acquisition β€’ Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand potential clients' Digital Sales challenges and objectives. β€’ Present and demonstrate the platform's features, capabilities, and value propositions effectively to key decision-makers. Pipeline Management β€’ Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads through the sales cycle using CRM tools. β€’ Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to leadership. Negotiation And Closing β€’ Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company policies and revenue goals. β€’ Build trust and rapport with prospective clients to secure long-term partnerships. Market And Industry Insights β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor solutions accordingly. β€’ Share feedback from prospects to internal teams to contribute to product and service improvements.
