Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior SEM Growth Marketer in Plano, TX. Overview: Join a fast-growing, innovative company that's redefining digital performance marketing. We're partnering directly with the hiring manager to find a strategic and data-driven Senior SEM Growth Marketer to lead and scale our paid search initiatives across Google and Bing. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution of SEM campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, SEO, and BI teams, and leverage analytics to drive sustainable, profitable growth. β’ Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
β’ Build and refine campaign structures, ad groups, keywords, and creatives
β’ Drive performance across domestic and international markets (English and multilingual)
β’ Analyze search data and internal metrics to identify trends and maximize ROI
β’ Run A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates
β’ Launch localized campaigns in new markets
β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering on landing page optimization and quality score improvements
Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
β’ At least 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience (Google, Bing)
β’ Proven success managing and scaling paid search campaigns
β’ Proficiency with bulk tools (Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Advertising Editor)
β’ Expertise in bidding platforms (Google Smart Bidding, Kenshoo, etc.)
β’ Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, vlookups)
β’ Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel
β’ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Bonus Points
β’ Experience in startups or early-stage companies
β’ Experience managing complex advertising accounts
β’ Background in travel or hospitality
β’ Familiarity with search experience products
β’ Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
