Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer Location: Los Angeles, CA (onsite 1x per week; must reside in CA or NY) Compensation: $200,000 - 240,000 base salary + bonus About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building scalable, high-performing systems and delivering seamless ecommerce experiences. While you’ll primarily work remotely, you’ll be expected to join the team onsite in Los Angeles once per week. Candidates must be based in California or New York. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure fullstack solutions using Python, React, and PostgreSQL. • Lead architecture decisions, ensuring best practices in performance, maintainability, and reliability. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features that enhance ecommerce functionality and user experience. • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services and APIs critical to ecommerce operations. • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-wide technical standards. • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, resolving technical issues efficiently. Qualifications • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant fullstack exposure. • Expert-level proficiency in Python, React, and PostgreSQL. • Strong background in system architecture and designing scalable applications. • Proven experience working within ecommerce platforms or marketplaces. • Track record of delivering high-quality, production-grade software in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
