Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U is seeking a Senior Vice President of Revenue Products to join its team. NOTE: This position is based out of our southern campus in Boca Raton, FL. This role follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays each week.
Job Summary
The Senior Vice President of Revenue Products is a senior executive responsible for leading the strategy, development and growth of 3 distinct P&Ls within Purpose Brands. This individual will work cross-functionally with Brand Presidents, Operations, Marketing, Technology and Finance to deliver scalable, high-impact products which align with company growth goals. The ideal candidate is a strong P&L owner with an entrepreneurial spirit – able to manage start-ups and established, recurring revenue businesses at the same time.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
E-Commerce
• Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute the overall e-commerce vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company and each brand. This can include branded merchandise, nutritional supplements, protein, and other items. The e-commerce business, today, is done only for merchandise through a 3rd party.
• Business Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, increase online sales, and improve profitability – for existing and new categories, with a target of $50-$75M of revenue in 3 years.
• Customer Experience: Optimize the user journey, develop website and app functionality, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing teams to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost sales.
Health Care
• Strategy and Vision: Lead the current business of ~$30M in EBTIDA driven through partnerships with healthcare/insurance markets. Execute the current strategic vision and make appropriate changes to ensure continued growth.
• Business Growth: Craft and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption from external stakeholders. Establish new partnerships with 3rd parties to expand the offering. Negotiate deals with partners to drive growth.
• Customer Experience: Balance the customer experience for the pay-per-visit customers that use this channel with opportunities to convert them to recurring members.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing teams at Purpose Brands and partners to grow revenue and EBITDA
Franchisee Products
• Strategy and Vision: Enhance and grow the current business offerings of ~$10M in EBITDA (security systems, door management, etc.) and develop new offerings to improve the service to franchisees
• Customer Experience: Ensure world-class product delivery to the franchisee system for installation and ongoing support
Strengths And Background
• 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in a leadership role focused on revenue-generating products.
• Entrepreneurial style and approach to business building
• Proven track record with a scaled E-Commerce Business
• Proven track record of managing multiple business units
• Leadership experience in a multi-brand portfolio company preferred

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
