Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Development, the Senior Website Developer will take responsibility for the customer-facing aspects of the eCommerce website. Working closely with front-end developers and UX specialists, this role focuses on delivering high-quality, high-performance digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Support, mentor, and lead the front-end team to uphold and evolve development best practices.
• Own the ongoing development and maintenance of the customer-facing website.
• Continuously enhance the shopping experience for a global audience.
• Manage version control and change tracking to ensure reliable and timely feature releases.
• Collaborate with UX designers and third-party testing platforms to test and launch new features.
• Apply design best practices specific to eCommerce and user engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in a web development role, ideally in a similar fast-paced, digital retail or eCommerce environment.
• Strong eye for detail, design awareness, and a deep understanding of customer-centric development.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following technologies:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL
• Additional experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Node.js, RESTful APIs
• Highly organized with the ability to plan and manage workload independently.
• Comfortable working in a structured development environment with version control and testing workflows.
