Role description
We’re looking for a Shopify CRO Specialist who not only understands data and UX—but can also build and optimize pages directly in Shopify. This is a hybrid design + strategy + implementation role for someone who wants to own performance from insight to execution.
Your Mission:Own the end-to-end process of improving conversion across our Shopify store—analyzing user behavior, running experiments, and building custom landing and product pages that drive results.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build high-converting landing pages, product pages, and homepage sections inside Shopify
- Optimize existing templates and layouts for mobile, speed, and clarity
- Run A/B tests using heatmaps, analytics, and hypotheses-driven testing
- Improve on-site navigation, CTAs, and user flow across key funnels
- Collaborate with brand/creative to implement new campaign pages quickly
- Tweak Liquid/HTML/CSS/JS when needed for custom layouts
- Apply SEO best practices and optimize page structure/content
- Support app integrations (e.g., product bundling, subscription flows, Klaviyo)
Must-Haves:
- Proven Shopify page-building experience (theme customization, landing page creation)
- Strong grasp of CRO strategy and eCommerce UX best practices
- Ability to run and interpret experiments (A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings)
- Basic front-end development skills (Liquid, HTML/CSS, JS tweaks)
- Analytical mindset paired with great design instincts
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
