Role description
Shopify E-Commerce CRO Manager
Location: Remote (Canada-based)
Pay: $80,000 CAD / year
Type: Full-Time
We’re a US-based, rapidly scaling digital marketing agency helping e-commerce brands grow smarter, not just bigger. We’re looking for a CRO Manager who can take the lead on conversion rate optimization for our Shopify clients. You’ll be working directly with clients, digging into data, running experiments, and making sure we’re turning more traffic into revenue.
This role is hands-on and client-facing. You’ll manage the CRO process end to end — from running weekly updates, to assisting with audits, to joining monthly client calls where you’ll share results, insights, and next steps.
What You’ll Do
• Manage CRO engagements for a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
• Run and support CRO audits to identify quick wins and long-term opportunities.
• Deliver weekly status updates to keep clients informed and aligned.
• Lead monthly client meetings to present performance results and optimization strategies.
• Use tools like Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior and uncover drop-off points.
• Use Shoplift to design and run A/B tests that drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with our internal team to implement testing roadmaps and continuously improve client sites.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven CRO experience in e-commerce — Shopify experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort working with CRO and analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity, GA, etc.).
• Experience with A/B testing (Shoplift or similar platforms) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communicator who can explain data-driven insights in simple terms.
• Analytical, curious, and eager to test, learn, and optimize.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to managing clients.
