Role description
MK Aesthetics is a luxury medspa in Minnetonka, MN. Weβre looking for a conversion-minded builder who can (1) make improvements to our Shopify site and (2) design high-converting landing pages/funnels inside HighLevel (fka GoHighLevel) with CRM automations.
Scope & Responsibilities
β’ Shopify (theme + CRO)
β’ Implement design/content updates (Liquid/sections, HTML/CSS/JS).
β’ Improve site speed and mobile UX; fix layout issues.
β’ Add or optimize apps/integrations (analytics, forms, payments, reviews).
β’ Set up tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel) and basic conversion events.
β’ HighLevel Funnels & CRM
β’ Build landing pages/funnels for specific offers (lead gen + bookings).
β’ Configure forms, calendars, pipelines, workflows, and triggers.
β’ Set up email/SMS sequences for lead nurture and cart/booking recovery.
β’ Run A/B tests and report on results.
β’ Reporting
β’ Establish simple dashboards; provide weekly snapshots of funnel KPIs.
Must-Have Experience
β’ Proven Shopify dev (theme edits in Liquid, Sections 2.0, speed optimization).
β’ HighLevel power user: funnels/pages, workflows, calendars, pipelines.
β’ Solid grasp of CRO: headline/hooks, social proof, offer structure, form UX.
β’ Analytics: GA4 events, UTM discipline, Meta Pixel basics.
β’ Portfolio that includes both: Shopify stores and HighLevel funnels.
Nice-to-Haves
β’ Medspa/aesthetics or healthcare DTC experience.
β’ Copy chops for landing pages and SMS/email flows.
β’ Light design skills (Figma or similar).
β’ Zapier/Make integrations, schema/SEO basics.
Deliverables (initial 4β6 weeks)
1. Audit with prioritized punch-list for Shopify + one key funnel.
1. Implement top 5β8 CRO fixes on Shopify (including speed + mobile).
1. Launch 1β2 HighLevel funnels (landing page + form/calendar + workflows).
1. Set up tracking for lead/source attribution and a simple KPI dashboard.
Engagement Details
β’ Contract: Project-based with option to extend monthly.
β’ Location: Remote; 3β4 hrs overlap with Central Time preferred.
β’ Comp: Please propose fixed-fee for the initial scope + hourly for ad-hoc (include your range).
