Wrestling Singlets Responsibilities: Develop and execute a Shopify-focused SEO strategy tailored to each collection page Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify the fastest path to top 3 placement Implement technical and on-page optimizations Execute high-quality link-building campaigns to strengthen authority Build authoritative backlinks through safe, high-quality link-building campaigns Provide transparent and detailed reporting including: • Weekly: Task breakdown (completed actions, links built, optimizations done) • Biweekly: Strategy adjustments, insights from ranking changes • Monthly: Full SEO audit, traffic data, keyword ranking reports, backlink reports, and next steps Demonstrate how each activity directly impacts rankings and sales Track traffic and sales improvements from SEO efforts Requirements: Proven success ranking e-commerce collection pages into top 5 and top 3 positions Advanced knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building Strong understanding of search intent and conversion-driven SEO Experience using tools like Ahrefs, and Google Search Console Data-driven, results-oriented, and self-motivated Compensation (Performance-Based): Top 5 Ranking: $2,000 payout (per collection page, paid once position is held for a full month) Top 3 Ranking: $2,500 payout (per collection page, paid once position is held for a full month) Bonus: 7% profit share on incremental sales generated by improved rankings Full-Time Opportunity: Successfully achieving consistent top 3 rankings across all targeted pages opens the door to a full-time role with: • $3,000/month base salary • Ongoing 7% profit share Reporting Structure: Weekly: Detailed action log (tasks completed, optimizations made, links built) Biweekly: Strategic review and planned next steps Monthly: Full SEO performance report with ranking movements, traffic changes, backlink metrics, and sales impact Interested?
