About Us
We’re a portfolio of thoughtfully designed DTC brands that make everyday living better—from bath towels that feel like a spa to bedsheets that stay cool all night to kitchen tools that actually work.
Our brands have been featured in places like Vogue, NYTimes, Wirecutter, and GQ—and we’re looking to keep showing up, but in your visual voice.
The Role

• Shopify Store Redesign: Revamp homepage, product pages, collection pages, and checkout flow to improve conversions, with a focus on performance marketing.
• UI/UX Optimization: Apply a data-driven, mobile-first approach to reduce cart abandonment and enhance user experience.
• CRO Best Practices: Implement upsell, cross-sell, and bundling strategies to increase AOV.
• Design System Creation: Develop a clear, comprehensive Figma design system with reusable components.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, CRO teams, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Tight Deadlines: Manage and deliver work on a tight timeline, ensuring all project milestones are met promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong focus on eCommerce and Shopify store optimization
• Strong understanding of CRO principles and best practices to drive results
• Strong expertise in creating Figma design systems
• Data-driven design approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Details
• Remote
• Must be able to have some ability to collaborate with us EST (select meetings / check-ins)
• 2 month project, full-time
• Start ASAP
• $8,000 - $16,000 USD project fee, dependent on experience
