The Role They are looking for a creative and commercially minded Shopper Marketing Executive to help bring their brand to life at the point of purchase. You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to create compelling shopper experiences that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty across retail and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities • Support the planning and delivery of shopper marketing campaigns across key retail partners and online platforms. • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored activation plans that meet retailer objectives and brand goals. • Brief and manage creative assets for in-store displays, point-of-sale materials, and digital shopper content. • Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and approvals to ensure smooth execution. • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. • Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders. • Stay on top of shopper trends, competitor activity, and category developments to identify new opportunities. About You • Experience within shopper marketing, trade marketing, brand activation, or similar. • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines. • A creative thinker who can translate brand strategy into engaging shopper experiences. • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to present ideas to internal and external partners. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse results and recommend improvements. • Passionate about sustainability, social impact, and doing things differently.
