FIGS is seeking an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Level 1 Site Merchandising Coordinator to support product setup and product launches for our online store. This role will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and the Merchandising team to ensure our digital storefront operates smoothly, with a primary focus on accurate product uploads and site content maintenance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail. What You’ll Do: • Responsible for supporting end to end setup of all products for the website, including but not limited to SKU information, product categories, color swatches, images, copy, tagging, badging, etc. • Assist in daily maintenance of the digital product catalog, pricing and product data, ensuring all consumer-facing content is loaded, accurate and functioning properly • Ensure customer experience is seamless by performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, cross-sells, search keywords, navigational elements, etc. • Support weekly product launches by creating and uploading CSVs to Shopify and tagging all products with attributes to power collections, customer reviews, product information, etc. Qualifications: • 0-1 year of experience in eCommerce, preferably in Site Merchandising or a related field • Hands-on experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), with advanced Excel skills being a plus • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and managing a high-volume workload Other Must-Haves: • A self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently • A strong team player who contributes to a positive team culture and works collaboratively with colleagues • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams • A desire to excel and grow within the company, with a commitment to learning and self-improvement • A positive, "can-do" attitude. This role's hourly rate is between $20 and $26. Actual hourly rate is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
