Job Description Job Overview The Site Ops Coordinator for Levi's e-commerce production team drives operational excellence for the team; serve as primary contact for issues with tools or the customer experience, working across teams to resolve issues; advocates for enhancements and upgrades to processes with a focus on the impact to the customer; perform other responsibilities as assigned. About The Job • Manage site refreshes and web projects in partnership with teams to prioritize communication to partners. • Manage project workflows, timelines and roadmaps for multiple business plans and goals; maintain production processes to ensure milestones are met with consistency and accuracy. • Support e-commerce promotional activities. • Implement navigation changes and category management in backend system to support site merchandising projects. • Improve the operational effectiveness of existing processes by identifying opportunities for process change and progress. • Identify issues or errors on site throughout the customer experience; be first contact for business teams when content/product and tool issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams and leadership. • Regular, attendance & punctuality. About You • BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 1+ years of experience with e-commerce • Proficent in Excel • Project management skills This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.”)) The expected starting salary range for this role is $51,400- $80,000 per year. We may pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
