Role description
Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a Site Producer. Site Producer role Approx start date – early September 2025 Duration – 6 months + probable extensions Location – 100% remote (but must be live locally in Seattle, WA metro area as there could be an occasional ask to visit the office) Eligibility – We are not able to offer any type of sponsorship. The Site Producer contributes to our CLIENTs success by creating and publishing their highly trafficked web pages. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to design and produce site experiences that drive sales and support a successful customer satisfaction. This role uses approved brand creative assets to create the user flows, layout and add the interactivity necessary to create and publish pages that meet business goals. They will leverage existing templates and components where possible and recommend change improvements for increased revenue. They are accountable for on-time, on-brand execution of campaigns, events and experiences on all pages across the CLIENT. Proven record of delivery of digital interactions that combine strong usability with an engaging experience and integrated brand communications is a must. Responsibilities β€’ Utilizes brand messaging, creative guidelines and business strategy to design, create and publish innovative and revenue-driving features. β€’ Develops, defines and publishes interactive elements for CLIENTs digital experiences. β€’ Observes and analyzes website and mobile usage and creates positive user experiences based on quantitative and qualitative customer behavior and feedback. β€’ Contributes to the vision, strategy, and execution of an interaction design that is aligned with brand, marketing and business objectives. β€’ Provides innovative, customer-centric design and layout recommendations that contribute to an enhanced customer experience. β€’ Develops web page experiences that drive sales and conversion by assembling and publishing pages via AEM content management system templates, components and assets. β€’ Collaborates with User Experience team, Creative, Content, Marketing operations and Product team members when new or changed templates or components are needed. β€’ Employs technical and design skills along with digital interaction knowledge to ensure effectiveness and consistency in digital experiences. β€’ Ensures on time and on brand design and execution of marketing campaigns, communications, product merchandising and other time sensitive events. β€’ Participates in regular optimization of CLIENTS site by responding to testing data and other analysis. β€’ Maintains consistent brand design and functional experience by adhering to style and format guidelines and other digital standards. β€’ Uses content management systems to build and maintain consistent, high-quality digital experiences across channels. β€’ Ensures quality and accuracy by proofing own work, participating in proofing reviews by others, and revising materials according to appropriate feedback on proofs. β€’ Applies SEO best practices and web standards to ensure content is discoverable, accessible, and aligned with performance goals. β€’ Uses sound business and design judgment to make quick decisions under pressure in ambiguous circumstances. β€’ Participates in the ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of our content management and digital publishing systems and processes. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently from the inception stage through launch. β€’ Develops and strengthens relationships with partners. β€’ Supports the creation and publishing of revenue-driving digital features by applying brand voice, creative guidelines, and business goals. β€’ Writes clear, engaging copy and marketing briefs that align with campaign goals and brand messaging. β€’ Reviews and proofs own work and participates in team QA processes to ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency. β€’ Communicates effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to support content planning, execution, and iteration. Requirements β€’ 5+ years’ experience designing, managing and publishing eCommerce experiences in a fast-paced environment. Previous consumer eCommerce design experience required. β€’ Solid background in marketing, web marketing strategy, SEO, and copywriting β€’ 5+ years’ experience in digital layout, assembly and production of pages and features that drive business goals and meet customers’ needs. β€’ 3+ years’ experience in design and html production of site experiences; including mobile. β€’ Experience with Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools related to measurement of content or page effectiveness. β€’ Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Creative suite. β€’ Experience converting static designs and content assets into interactive digital media. β€’ Expertise with using content management systems and automated workflows to create and publish interactive digital experiences. β€’ Understanding of user-centered design methods and techniques.
