We’re on a mission to create community, spark connection, and remind women who they are — and we’re looking for someone to help us bring that message to life online. Position Summary We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and community-minded marketing manager to lead our organic social media, content creation, influencer relationships, and paid digital campaigns. This person will manage both creative storytelling and performance-driven execution—with a strong grasp of what inspires engagement and drives conversion. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations and founder to plan and execute campaigns that connect deeply with our audience, grow our community, and support revenue goals across platforms. What You’ll Do • Own and execute our organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest • Lead the content calendar, aligning with marketing campaigns, product drops, and seasonal themes • Plan, write, and schedule compelling posts that feel aligned with our voice: real, human, empowering • Film or direct Reels, TikToks, and BTS content (and edit using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools) • Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads), including testing creatives and optimizing ROAS • Build and engage with our community — responding to DMs, comments, and UGC in an authentic voice • Support live selling events and bring ideas for behind-the-scenes storytelling • Collaborate with our photography, video, and customer experience teams for consistent messaging • Track and analyze content, community, and ad performance — and adjust strategy accordingly What We’re Looking For • 2–4+ years experience in social media marketing + Meta ads (required) • Experience managing both content and paid strategy across platforms • A creative thinker who’s plugged into trends but knows how to keep a brand voice consistent • Strong writing skills for captions, ad copy, and storytelling • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.) • Experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle e-comm is a big plus • Someone proactive, organized, and excited to work with a mission-driven team Why Join Katia Designs? • Purpose-led brand with an emotionally connected audience • Female-led team, flexible culture, creative studio energy • You’ll have room to pitch ideas, lead strategy, and make an impact • Bonus: daily access to meaningful products, good vibes, and jewelry discounts
