Role description
You will own performance across paid social and our Shopify storefront, end‑to‑end. This is a hands‑on role for a builder who can create/edit content, launch and scale paid campaigns, and optimize the full e‑commerce funnel from ad to checkout.
Responsibilities
Paid Social & Content
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta campaigns (video, carousel, stories; prospecting & retargeting).
• Design, produce, and test creative assets (images, videos, copy) with a structured A/B testing agenda and clear learning loops.
• Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS/MER, CTR, CPM, CVR; maintain dashboards and weekly reports.
• Ensure every asset has a strong hook and clear CTA; iterate rapidly on top‑performing angles.
• Publish organic content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate occasional digital PR, partnerships, and influencer/UGC collaborations.
E‑commerce (Shopify) Ownership
• Own the Shopify store: catalog & collections, product setup (variants, pricing, images, SEO basics), shipping profiles/rates, taxes settings in coordination with ops/finance.
• CRO & merchandising: optimize PDPs and landing pages, build promotional collections, manage discounts, bundles, and gift cards; improve add‑to‑cart and checkout completion.
• Landing pages: create high‑converting campaign/offer pages (using native theme, sections, or a page‑builder app); maintain brand consistency.
• Tracking & data: maintain GA4, Meta Pixel & CAPI events; implement UTMs; ensure accurate attribution and event QA.
• Feeds & sales channels: manage the Facebook/Instagram Shop and product feeds; ensure catalog health and policy compliance.
• Apps & integrations: evaluate and manage key Shopify apps (reviews, upsells, analytics, shipping/returns, translations) and integrate with email/SMS (e.g., Klaviyo) for flows & campaigns.
• Ops coordination: align with logistics/customer support on inventory status, lead times, returns/refunds, and policy pages; keep onsite comms (delivery estimates, FAQs) up to date.
Requirements
• Proven B2C retail experience, ideally in luxury/fashion/accessories.
• Deep expertise in Facebook/Meta ad campaigns, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
• Hands‑on Shopify experience: admin proficiency, theme customization (no heavy coding required; basic Liquid/HTML a plus), product/catalog management, and page building.
• Strong analytical skills; fluent in CAC, ROAS/MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, AOV and cohort/retention basics.
• Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite; confident with UTMs, pixels, and CAPI.
• Creative eye for visuals and copy; ability to produce/edit short‑form video assets.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
What We Offer
• Full‑time, permanent position.
• Competitive salary plus performance‑based bonuses.
• The opportunity to join a fast‑growing brand where your work directly impacts results.
• A collaborative, agile environment where ideas are valued.
We are not looking for a marketing agency. We want someone fully dedicated to CERRET, full‑time.
