Our dissolvable recovery strips are clean, effective, and made for the next generation of social drinkers. We’re growing fast—and now we’re looking for the right person to be the face of our brand online and take our social media to the next level. About the Role We’re hiring a creative, energetic Social Media Manager to lead content creation, drive social commerce sales, and grow our digital community. If you thrive on-camera, live for creative content, and know how to turn views into revenue, this role was made for you. You will ideate, shoot, edit, and post viral content daily across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook—with a heavy emphasis on TikTok Live selling through TikTok Shop. You’ll also be the primary face in our videos and lives, building deep relationships with our audience and driving brand awareness and sales. Key Responsibilities • Be the on-camera personality for EVER.PARTY across all social platforms. • Run daily TikTok Lives to drive product sales through TikTok Shop. • Create and post viral video content multiple times per week (short-form video expertise required). • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with product launches, brand goals, and campaigns. • Engage with all post comments, messages, and community interactions to build loyal fans and convert followers into customers. • Track and report on performance analytics and optimize content accordingly. • Collaborate with the founders, videographers, and designers to bring the brand voice and vision to life. Requirements • You’re confident on-camera and love connecting with people through content. • Strong background in social media strategy, short-form video, and social selling. • Proven experience growing accounts and generating measurable sales via social media. • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Instagram Reels, and Meta platforms. • Creative and strategic thinker with strong storytelling skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with both remote work and in-person shoots/events. • Self-motivated, data-driven, and ready to hustle like a founder.
