Role description
I’m hiring a Social Media Manager to join my growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a fashion influencer with a strong digital presence. We’re looking for someone with proven experience managing social media at a fashion, beauty, or high growth e-commerce brand who can hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level role.
You’ll thrive in this role if:
• You’re chronically online, like I am 😉 and catch yourself speaking TikTok sounds in everyday life
• You’re trend-obsessed with a strategic brain - you don’t just follow the hype, you know why it hits.
• You have a strong eye for fashion aesthetics and Morgan Stewart’s wardrobe lives rent-free in your mind
• You’re the kind of person who sees what needs to be done and just... does it. No Slack nudges required.
• Your insane eye for detail is borderline scary (in the best way possible).
• You’re excited to work on our small but mighty team where everyone plays their part
Responsibilities:
• Edit and optimize short-form video content for social channels (primarily Reels/TikTok)
• Create graphics to correlate with content calendar
• Plan, schedule, and post content across all social channels
• Collaborate on content strategy to drive engagement, growth, and brand alignment
• Stay on top of social trends and adapt content accordingly
• Manage community across all KP channels
• Monitor analytics and make data-driven recommendations
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 2-5 years experience managing social media for a fashion, beauty, or high growth e-commerce brand
• Strong video editing skills (mobile and/or desktop)
• Ability to manage multiple channels and adapt content to each platform
• Deep understanding of the social media landscape and influencer space
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other team members and departments
• Must be a self-starter who’s highly motivated, takes initiative, and can keep projects moving without needing constant direction
Bonus if you have:
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience building branded assets for stories, guides, and posts
This is a remote position. We’re open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. who can work within EST hours. There will be some occasional travel for on-site projects.
