Location: Lehi, UT – On‑site Mon, Wed, Thu

Position Summary
Join LifeVantage’s Digital Technology team as we accelerate our direct‑selling e‑commerce platform. As a QA Intern you’ll be partnered with a technology product development team to test web, back office, mobile and API features that power our global consultants. Ideal for CS/CE juniors or seniors excited to learn both manual and automated testing in a fast‑paced Agile shop.
What You’ll Do
• Write, execute and maintain manual test cases for new web & mobile features.
• Reproduce and document defects in Jira with clear steps, screenshots or videos.
• Verify REST API responses with Postman or similar tools (training provided).
• Contribute to smoke, functional, regression and user‑acceptance test cycles.
• Pair with senior SDETs to add tests to our Cypress/Playwright automation suites.
• Help manage test data via basic SQL queries and shared staging environments.
• Attend daily standups and sprint ceremonies; share what you tested and learned.
• Receive a dedicated mentor, weekly feedback and opportunities to demo findings to leadership.
What You’ll Learn
• End‑to‑end QA workflow inside a modern DevOps pipeline in Agile framework
• Best practices for defect lifecycle, risk‑based testing and Agile estimation
• Fundamentals of ecommerce architecture (on Shopify) and third‑party integrations (payment, tax, CRM, etc)
• Techniques for creatively “thinking like a user” in the direct selling space
• How people, processes and tech intersect during a company‑wide digital transformation
Minimum Qualifications
• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Software Eng, Information Systems or related field.
• Completed or pursuing coursework in programming (JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python) and data structures.
• Solid verbal/written communication and curiosity to ask, “what if?”
• Able to work onsite in Lehi HQ for three days a week throughout the semester.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills (not Required)
• Prior class project or internship exposure to software testing or automation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Postman, SQL, Git, or Cypress/Playwright.
• Experience testing mobile apps on Android or iOS.
