Role description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Postscript. We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer in North America. This role offers the opportunity to act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams, helping ecommerce brands leverage a cutting-edge conversational commerce platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions for complex use cases. You will lead technical discovery calls, develop proofs of concept, and guide customers in implementing robust SMS strategies. Your expertise will ensure clients realize maximum value from the platform, while also contributing to process improvement and playbook development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, hands-on technical work, and working in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.
