We are looking for a media savvy, data driven Specialist, Performance Marketing, Programmatic & Search to join our team. You will support the Performance Media team in planning the Always On strategy and managing the optimization of programmatic and search campaigns driving subscriptions across Peacock/direct-to-consumer products.
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to manage campaign set-ups and activations across major programmatic and search platforms (DV360, Amazon, TradeDesk, Google Ads Manager, Search Ads 360)
• Analyze campaign performance regularly and provide insightful updates on pacing, volume, optimizations, and channel contributions to business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate programmatic and search strategies, including new testing recommendations
• Ensure accurate and timely creative asset delivery
• Work with programmatic and search account reps to stay on top of industry trends, leverage new technologies and participate in open betas
• Maintain optimal channel and investment mix based on MTA and MMM models
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in programmatic buying (Google, Amazon, TradeDesk) required, experience in search buying a plus
• Experience with programmatic campaign optimizations, analysis, and reporting
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities.
• Proven track record optimizing media campaigns to deliver against CPA and volume objectives.
• Experience working in Excel
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and incrementality
• Entertainment, advertising or e-commerce industry experience a plus

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
