We're looking to hire an ambitious executive to support and grow the marketing efforts for our brands of Callaway Apparel and Original Penguin Sport. Working as part of a team in brand marketing, this role is responsible for implementing both day to day and longer term activities that support key initiatives, vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for working alongside internal stakeholders as well as external clients to deliver upon customer ( B2B ) , consumer ( B2C), and direct to consumer marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast paced environment, be able to work across a number of projects at any given time, highly organised, hands-on, a 'planner' and pro-active. Job Accountabilites • Interpret brand strategy and identity to create brand artwork and assets for 360 use / output across various channels and platforms and in line with seasonal needs e.g. graphics / adverts / creatives • Ideate, plan and implement marketing activities and campaigns relating to PR, Comms, Digital, Social, graphic design etc • Coordinate and manage activities and processes that provide information and materials to our customers, internal stakeholders & external clients • Manage repository and database portal of seasonal imagery; raise orders, point of contact for our ambassadors and influencers etc • Coordinate activities and requests with external agencies and suppliers • Coordinate and implement seasonal and ad-hoc photoshoots to provide materials for campaign launches, lifestyle requirements, advertising and promotional needs • Organise and execute external and internal events such as consumer and customer experience days and internal conferences • Work collaboratively with internal teams such as e-commerce, to coordinate, plan and execute activities in line with trading and brand calendars • Support our internal sales and customer service teams, agents and distributors to handle enquiries and support / fulfil requests. • Keep up to date with the latest industry, digital, sports and clothing trends and provide recommendations for new ideas and opportunities. Person Specification • This role would suit a candidate looking to develop their skills and experience within brand marketing, and understands the landscape of online and offline marketing techniques and functions. • Experience gained in the UK market, with European experience advantageous. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external partners, both locally and internationally. • Someone who prides themselves on delivering high levels of service and work to all stakeholders. • The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and organisation, be creative, and always look to improve processes. • Flexible approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any one time, and adapt to the different needs of the business and individual projects. • Ability to prioritise workload effectively whilst balancing taking direction with being autonomous • Experience in graphic design and art working including using software such as Adobe In Design & Photoshop etc • Ability to grasp software programmes and platforms such as: Google Suite; Microsoft Office; CRM; Social Media; CMS etc • An interest, experience or knowledge in clothing and / or sport. Salary banding for this role is £30 - £31,000 per year.
