Job Description:
Summary:The Sr. Analyst, Marketing Analytics plays a key role in supporting the Marketing Analytics & Testing team. The role involves delivering insights, optimizing performance, and enabling data-driven decisions across channels.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
Analyze digital/traditional campaign data to evaluate performance and find growth opportunities (25%).
Develop dashboards/reports to track KPIs, segments, and channel effectiveness (15%).
Collaborate with teams to define measurement plans and ensure tracking (10%).
Design and analyze A/B testing for creative, targeting, and offer optimization (15%).
Build customer segmentation and predictive models (10%).
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and teams (10%).
Support marketing forecasting, budget allocation, and ROI analysis (10%).
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices (5%).
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability and strong desire to think analytically and solve problems through data analysis.
Strong understanding of marketing channels (email, paid media, direct mail, web) and related KPIs.
Strong organizational skills and ability to execute on workload effectively.
Clear and confident communication skills across internal teams and clients.
Ability to function under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Ability to analyze large datasets, derive insights, and deliver recommendations.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), or CDPs (e.g., Simon Data, Hubspot).
Statistical tools experience (R, Python, Databricks) is a plus.
Experience Requirements
5 years in marketing analytics (preferably in subscription-based, travel, or consumer services industries).
3 years digital reporting experience using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
3 years of A/B & personalization testing using Adobe Target, Google Optimize, Maxymiser, or similar tools.
3 years of eCommerce analytics experience.
3 years working with clickstream data in Google BigQuery or other data warehouse platforms (AWS, Snowflake).
Education
ยท Bachelor's or Masterโs degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
