Summary:
This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be in the office Monday through Wednesday, and work from home on Thursday and Friday. The client's new headquarters in Downtown Orlando is scheduled to open in December.
Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in using data to drive key business decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and uncover opportunities for growth across various channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, experienced analyst with a strong command of SQL, a deep understanding of marketing metrics, and a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret data from digital and traditional marketing campaigns to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), customer segments, and channel effectiveness.
Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize campaign strategies.
Build customer segmentation and predictive models to inform audience strategy and personalization efforts.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure consistent tracking and measurement plans.
Provide support for marketing forecasting, budget allocation, and ROI analysis.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices for data governance.
Required Experience and Skills
The client is looking for a candidate with substantial experience in marketing analytics. If you don't meet these requirements, you will not be considered for this role.
Five years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong preference for candidates from a subscription-based, travel, or consumer services industry.
Three years of experience with A/B testing and personalization tools like Adobe Target or Google Optimize.
Three years of experience working with Clickstream data in a data warehouse environment, such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Snowflake.
Three years of experience in eCommerce analytics.
Three years of experience in digital reporting using visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
Deep proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data is required.
Proven ability to analyze large, raw datasets to draw conclusions and provide actionable recommendations.
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and pivot tables.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
Strong understanding of various marketing channels (email, paid media, direct mail, web) and their related KPIs.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), or CDPs (e.g., Simon Data, Hubspot).
Experience with statistical software (R, Python, Databricks) is a plus.
A strong desire to solve problems through analytical thinking.
Education
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field is required. We may consider equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
