Role description
About The Position
This isn't your typical "manage the website" role. This is for the digital marketer who sees the AI tooling boom and thinks, “Cute, but I can build something smarter, faster, and way more scalable.” Someone who architects marketing systems the way our engineers architect AI – strategically, creatively, and with an eye toward what’s next.
At Stampli, we’re redefining what marketing operations can be. As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you won’t just execute tasks – you’ll set the direction. You’ll lead the evolution of our digital infrastructure, martech stack, and automation workflows to create a system that’s as intelligent and adaptive as the AI we’re building in our product. You’ll partner cross-functionally to scale personalization, unlock insights, and bring a marketer’s mindset to systems design.
If you’re proactive, visionary, and excited by the challenge of making other marketers jealous of your stack – this is your playground.
What You Will Do
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy, tooling, and performance of our digital systems. You’ll drive alignment across marketing, RevOps, content, and executive leadership – ensuring our infrastructure not only supports the business, but scales with it.
Martech, Automation & AI
• Design and lead the strategy for Stampli’s AI-powered marketing infrastructure
• Own and evolve our library of AI agents; translate needs into dev-ready requirements for our GTM engineer
• Administer and optimize core platforms (HubSpot, OpenAI, GPT-based tools like Clay, Tofu)
• Architect and maintain integrated workflows across our full martech stack\\
• Identify, test, and implement new tools to enhance automation, personalization, and reporting
• Drive AI adoption across the team, building scalable systems that deliver compounding ROI
• Collaborate with RevOps and IT to ensure clean data flow and platform alignment
Website Infrastructure & CRO
• Own Stampli.com’s infrastructure including hosting, CMS (WordPress), uptime, and architecture
• Manage vendor and agency relationships supporting site development and performance
• Lead A/B testing, conversion optimization, and site personalization strategies
• Ensure seamless integration between website, CRM, and campaign tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the strategic partner across content, growth, design, and analytics teams
• Coordinate and manage timelines, briefs, and technical requirements across departments
• Own documentation of marketing systems, ensuring transparency and ease of onboarding
What You Will Bring
• 5–8+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or martech strategy
• Proven ability to architect, integrate, and evolve complex marketing tech stacks
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HubSpot, and AI tools like GPT, Clay, or Tofu
• Experience integrating various AI tools
• Deep understanding of automation, funnel optimization, and CRO frameworks
• Highly organized and data-driven, with strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Thrives in environments that value innovation, experimentation, and forward-thinking
Bonus Points
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven companies
• Familiarity with Intercom, Google Tag Manager, WP Engine, web analytics tools
• Background in technical web development or marketing analytics
You Will Get
• The flexibility of working from our Mountain View, CA office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) + employer match
• Access to cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT Enterprise, to enhance productivity, support innovation, and streamline daily workflows
• Opportunities and development for career and personal growth
• Strong and experienced leadership that supports your growth and success
• An open-concept, modern workspace within an inclusive and dynamic scale-up culture
The compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 plus bonus and equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Why Join Stampli?
Stampli is the only finance operations platform centered on accounts payable. While other platforms are built by payments providers to capture a business’s cash flow, Stampli is built by AP experts for AP first. As a result, Stampli drives AP and finance team efficiency across the entire invoice lifecycle, from vendor onboarding to remittance to spend management and beyond.
Stampli creates breakthrough productivity by centralizing all invoice-related communication, documentation and workflows into a single view for each invoice, and by automating all manual activities using Billy the Bot™, the industry’s only proven AI. Billy’s self-learning architecture has made it more capable every day since its debut in 2015; today, Billy the Bot has saved millions of hours of labor for Stampli customers as it processes $85B+ invoices every year.
Stampli fully adapts to a customer’s desired finance processes and ERP configuration, thanks to the complete integrations it has prebuilt for ERPs from Microsoft, Oracle, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Dealertrack, and many others. Thanks to this adaptability, Stampli implements within weeks, not months, and is easy to learn for any stakeholder involved in the invoice lifecycle.
