In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the conversion funnel for online cart and checkout. This team collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the order process lifecycle. The objective is to convert a customer's cart into an order that can be created, fulfilled, and serviced by downstream fulfillment services. We seek candidates who are curious, motivated to solve complex problems, and capable of thinking creatively to find solutions. Responsibilities β€’ Optimize the online customer experience to ensure a smooth checkout process. β€’ Collaborate with partners to develop clear product requirements and use cases. β€’ Coordinate with the payments team to align back-end functions with UI design. β€’ Explore features and insights that affect the conversion funnel. β€’ Develop and maintain a product roadmap and backlog, aligning with customer-centric goals. β€’ Manage cross-functional delivery, leading both technical and non-technical tracks. β€’ Define success metrics and improvements. Measure and communicate product changes' impact to guide prioritization. β€’ Identify risks to initiative deliverables and timelines, ensuring successful product delivery and minimizing roadblocks. β€’ Stay updated on current technologies and eCommerce trends. β€’ Conduct customer research activities to understand consumer behavior and inform the product roadmap. β€’ Analyze usability, market research, competition, KPIs, trends, and technology to advocate for the customer and drive incremental sales growth. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor's degree in technology, Marketing, Business, or related fields. β€’ 5+ years of experience in digital products, with a proven ability to create world-class consumer experiences, particularly in ecommerce. β€’ Superior written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting a collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership in providing customer-centric solutions. β€’ Proficient in transforming data into actionable insights, developing a clear product vision that is supported by both qualitative and quantitative data. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail, with the capacity to prioritize and manage tasks effectively. β€’ Strong negotiating skills and the ability to build consensus across functional boundaries β€’ Experience with data and analytics β€’ Proven vendor management skills About Us Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
