Role description
The Senior Director, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing β Healthcare is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for advancing digital transformation and driving measurable growth across Inmarβs Healthcare division. This role develops and executes digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, generate and convert high-value leads, improve client engagement and retention, and support eCommerce and omnichannel growth. The Senior Director will oversee a team spanning paid media, SEO, content, marketing automation and technology, analytics, and social, while collaborating closely with marketing, product, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to deliver data-driven digital experiences that align with healthcare client needs.
Primary Accountabilities
Strategic and Analytical (40%)
β’ Design and implement digital marketing and demand generation strategies aligned to healthcare business objectives and client segments.
β’ Use campaign performance, analytics, and VOC insights to improve ROI and conversion outcomes.
β’ Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs for lead generation, website performance, funnel conversion, client retention, and engagement.
Leadership and Influence (35%)
β’ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team across multiple specialties.
β’ Partner effectively with Product, Sales, Technology, and Client Experience to ensure digital strategies support enterprise objectives.
β’ Advocate for innovation, experimentation, and customer-first digital design while incorporating emerging tools and AI capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Operational and Project Management (25%)
β’ Oversee day-to-day execution of campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, paid media, display, and social platforms.
β’ Ensure compliance with brand standards, industry regulations, and healthcare marketing requirements.
β’ Manage vendor relationships, digital budgets, and Martech investments to optimize impact and scalability.
Required Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
β’ 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3β5 years in digital leadership roles.
β’ Proven track record of driving B2B and B2C digital strategies with measurable results in lead generation, client acquisition, and retention.
β’ Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, paid search and social, marketing automation, and CRM.
β’ Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred.
