Roles & Responsibilities • Lead integrated marketing campaign planning to create preference for digital ordering via mobile app and web, increasing digital sales and revenue. • Partner with the Marketing and Digital teams to amplify Popeyes National Marketing Calendar, promoting new menu launches, campaigns, and pulsed LTOs across digital channels. • Partner with the Digital Analytics team to identify, build, and execute growth marketing sales plans and promotional offer strategies that drive digital orders and sales profitability, leveraging data to inform decision-making. • Partner across cross-functional Digital teams to identify, develop, and execute ownable digital-first calendar moments and re-engagement strategies that drive customer acquisition, frequency, and retention while optimizing for CRO and CLV. • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations, clearly identifying and communicating CRO opportunities, inclusive of SEO and AEO, to improve discoverability and traffic. • Plan and manage digital marketing creative and content across key touchpoints (mobile app, web, performance media, CRM, loyalty) to execute with excellence and build brand consistency. • Project manage all current and upcoming product, promotion, and calendar activations (from brief to launch) across a core team, ensuring successful and flawless campaign execution. • Ensure digital marketing execution has proper planning and QA, flagging and tracking any potential or known issues, taking corrective actions, and improving existing processes to increase efficiencies and ensure repeatable success. • Act as the liaison between Marketing and Restaurant Technology teams to ensure promotional offers are configured and launched correctly across both user-facing and internal POS platforms. Qualifications • 8+ years of relevant experience in a digital marketing, marketing, or ecommerce role; agency experience and/or franchise experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • Proven ability to take a strategic approach to marketing planning and execution, while also operating in a tactical capacity. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-on culture of testing and analysis; motivated by discovering innovative ways to grow revenue at scale, with a bias for action and a strong desire to drive measurable results. • Solution-oriented; able to make data-informed decisions, see opportunities, pre-empt potential issues, and find solutions. • Action-oriented, leading with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence in an environment that demands flexibility, agility, and ambiguity. • Clear and succinct communicator, effective at adapting oral and written communication styles for different audiences. • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork; effective at leading cross-functional team members towards a common goal. • Strong project management skills: highly organized with sharp attention to detail, delegating responsibility with timely follow-up and follow-through to ensure key milestones are met. • Experience with Webflow required; Braze working knowledge preferred. #Popeyes Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
