Role Description CDF Consulting is seeking a Sr. Manager, E-Commerce & Digital Marketing for a part-time, remote role. This position will be pivotal in shaping and executing growth strategies across digital channels. The Sr. Manager will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, optimize customer journeys, and manage cross-functional teams for our clients to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to balance creativity, analytics, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead and optimize e-commerce operations across owned and partner platforms β€’ Drive acquisition and retention strategies across paid media, email, SMS, SEO, and affiliate channels β€’ Develop data-driven digital marketing campaigns that deliver strong ROAS and customer LTV growth β€’ Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches β€’ Monitor performance analytics and deliver actionable insights to inform strategy β€’ Mentor and lead team members to ensure alignment with brand goals and KPIs Qualifications β€’ 5-7+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing with a track record of driving sales growth β€’ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies β€’ Experience managing and scaling digital channels (paid, email, organic, social, affiliate) β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required) β€’ Proven experience in consumer-facing industries, ideally fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
