Description
As the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our subscription-based membership program, leading strategies to scale ARR/MRR through B2C acquisition, retention, and product innovation. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven marketer with a proven track record in subscription growth in a consumer-facing environment, who can balance analytics with creativity. You will leverage HubSpot’s suite of tools to optimize the end-to-end member journey — from acquisition and onboarding to engagement and renewal — while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design compelling campaigns, test and refine pricing and packaging, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, including lead generation campaigns and go-to-market strategy.
• Leverage HubSpot tools (Commerce Hub, Marketing Hub, CRM) to optimize the member journey from onboarding to renewal, including personalized lead nurturing and conversion workflows.
• Aid in the creation and optimization of membership products to align with customer needs and market trends.
• Manage membership advertising campaigns and communications workflows, including CTAs, targeting, data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement.
• Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies to maximize ARR/MRR.
• Lead retention initiatives, including engagement programs, loyalty rewards, and personalized communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Membership Sales, Partnerships, and Events teams to refine targeted communications (email, HubSpot, SMS) that drive event sign-ups, lead pipelines, and revenue generation.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to keep Gravity Haus at the forefront of the membership space.
What We’re Looking For
• 5–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on subscription-based models.
• Proven track record of scaling ARR/MRR through acquisition, retention, and product innovation.
• Power user of HubSpot (Commerce Hub, Marketing Hub, CRM) with the ability to optimize the full member journey; experience with comparable platforms a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategy and performance measurement.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and balances big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
• Collaborative leader who works effectively across product, sales, and creative teams to achieve shared goals.
• Strong communicator who understands how to leverage brand positioning to drive revenue growth.
• Experience in B2C lifestyle, hospitality, or community-based membership businesses would be nice to have.
Work Environment
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Colorado. The role requires occasional in-person meetings, team gatherings, and events within the state. Weekend or holiday availability may be required during peak periods.
• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required for event setups or material handling
