Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Sr. Manager, Site Merchandising & CRO to lead product launch execution, optimize the customer journey, and elevate site operations with a relentless focus on conversion. This role blends creative storytelling with decision-making rooted in metrics, ensuring every digital touchpoint is intentional, measurable, and impactful.
What you'll get to do:
• Own end-to-end product launch planning and execution across all digital storefronts, ensuring timely and flawless delivery
• Assist in developing and managing site merchandising calendars aligned with brand, marketing, and product teams
• Leverage analytics and performance metrics to drive merchandising strategies, improve engagement, and maximize conversion
• Analyze site performance and funnel data to identify CRO opportunities and implement A/B tests and personalization strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with Site Experience, E-commerce, Product, Acquisition, and Retention teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment across customer touch points
• Optimize navigation, PLP/PDP layouts, and on-site search performance in partnership with UX, analytics, and engineering
• Partner with the technology team to build new capabilities that improve customer engagement and measure success through proactive event planning and robust tracking infrastructure
• Maintain digital shelf integrity—including categorization, SEO best practices, naming conventions, and product attribution
• Identify and implement operational improvements across site merchandising workflows, tools, and publishing processes
• Coach and mentor site merchandising team members, fostering data fluency, strategic initiatives, accountability, and continuous growth
Qualifications
Who you are:
• 10+ years of experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce operations, or related field, Apparel & Managerial experience needed.
• Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions using metrics, testing, and performance insights
• Strong background in product launch execution and site operations
• Proven success in driving conversion rate improvements through site testing and merchandising enhancements
• Deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs, customer journey analytics, and A/B testing frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar commerce platforms
• Familiarity with advanced search and indexing tools such as Algolia or Constructor.io
• Experience with Content Management Systems, Google Analytics, and testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Dynamic Yield)
