Role description
Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and streamline the end-to-end operations. This position will have full accountability for planning, supply chain, warehouse and production (embellishment), customer service, outbound logistics, and the performance of our e-commerce channel.
The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and E-commerce to accelerate growth, improve the customer experience, and enhance order execution. A critical function of this role will be to implement a strategic approach to managing slow-moving or seasonal inventory through liquidation initiatives.
This role is ideal for a structured, systems-focused leader with deep apparel industry experience, a successful track record in scaling operations, and a mindset for continuous improvement and customer-centric execution.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Strategic Leadership
β’ Work with executive leadership to define operational priorities, metrics, and growth plans.
β’ Build capacity and resource strategies to support long-term scale.
β’ Introduce systems and standardized workflows that improve interdepartmental alignment and throughput.
Operations Management
β’ Oversee daily operations across warehouse, embellishment/production, shipping, and service.
β’ Lead production planning and supply forecasting alongside vendors and brand partners to ensure timely fulfillment.
β’ Deploy technology and automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy across operations.
Cross-Functional Integration
β’ Partner with Sales to support client onboarding and simplify the uniform ordering process.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing on launch timelines and promotional coordination, ensuring operational readiness.
β’ Align with the E-commerce team on UX improvements, product merchandising, and conversion optimization.
β’ Identify operational enhancements that drive revenue and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Process Design & Inventory Management
β’ Optimize and document operational processes including order flow, embellishment scheduling, and fulfillment.
β’ Create and implement a thoughtful liquidation plan to address aged or excess stock and improve cash position.
Team Development
β’ Supervise the Warehouse Director and lead initiatives to enhance fulfillment speed and quality.
β’ Build and structure the customer service team to meet responsiveness and satisfaction standards.
β’ Cultivate a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
β’ 7+ years in operations leadership, including at least 3 years in the apparel, or CPG sectors.
β’ Proven success leading cross-functional teams and scaling operations.
β’ Strong experience in systems implementation, inventory planning, and process optimization.
