Job Title- Sr Product Manager, B2B
Project Location 4 days onsite in week in San Francisco, CA 94133/ Rocklin, CA 95765/ San Jose, CA 95112
Duration- 6+ months contract
Visa- USC Only
Interview- 2-3 rounds
Project Description: WSI's B2B operations are expanding, which new projects being approved. They are creating tools & services for their strategic & high value customers in the B2B landscape. While the exact tools have not been made public for their FY26 roadmap, we do know this candidate will be building those tools from the ground up (example: developing a holiday gift experience specifically for a certain B2B partner). The vision for these tools/services are largely mapped out, and this candidate will own product execution while adding their own recommendations along the way.
Responsibilities
Audit, collaborate & share insights with B2B and brand teams
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations
Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology
Understands basic project management methodology
Customer focused with high quality standards
Demonstrates strong interpersonal, business communication and writing skills
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
Strong decision making capabilities will result in meeting schedules and/or functional goals of department/unit
Frequently interacts with customers, and/or functional peer group IC'S/managers, normally involving matters between department and other functional areas or internal customers
Regularly participates in a cooperative effort among members of a project team
May receive some instruction on day to day work, but receives general instructions on new assignments and areas of higher complexity
Must have-
• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations & B2B landscape
• Experience working in product management & using analytics/UX tools to build a tool from start to finish
• Candidates who are strong in eCommerce/B2B, but have less experience with product requirements (2-3 years) are still of interest
• Strong analytical skills and able to use data and analytical mindset to provide recommendations towards product vision
• Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Figma & SQL background are all preferred, but not required
• Retail experience is preferred, but not required
• Day to day experience with working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with development teams to execute on feature/functionality or enhancements of systems/applications.
• Coming from a technical environment working with engineers (not coming from the business/operations side)
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with Jira.
• Experience is MS Office Suite
Soft Skills
• Ability to crystallize a problem and clearly define, analyze and articulate solutions
• Collaborative spirit who can work well with large cross-functional teams
