Role Summary
Analyze and optimize the subscription program for strategic growth and value proposition enhancement. Define and track key metrics for sustainable growth, while optimizing commercials across markets. Share market insights, implement innovative strategies, and improve data visibility for decision-making. Provide actionable insights, support business planning, and coordinate development with stakeholders.

β’ Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with focus on financial performance/ P&L
β’ Develop and refine the subscription business strategy, and create business cases for pricing, value proposition enhancement
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies with overall business objectives and customer needs.
β’ Work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to execute subscription strategies effectively.
β’ Utilize data analytics and customer insights to understand subscriber behavior, preferences, and satisfaction levels.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience
β’ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of subscription products and initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
β’ Provide reliable and comprehensible data-backed assessment on the performance of initiatives and direction in terms of sustainable growth.
β’ Support the development of annual and long-term business plans for the subscription business segment.
β’ Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
β’ Work under fast-paced conditions, with the ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
