Title: Sr. UX Designer Industry: E-commerce & Retail Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 4-week engagement with potential extension Responsibilities • Lead an end-to-end discovery exercise focused on enhancing the e-commerce call center experience. • Provide strategic insights and a clear point of view to improve customer and agent workflows. • Create detailed wireframes that translate research findings into actionable design solutions. • Conduct user research, journey mapping, and process analysis to inform design decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key pain points and opportunities. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. UX Designer or Experience Design Lead delivering end-to-end design solutions in large-scale e-commerce or customer service environments. • Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping. • Strong background in discovery projects, user research, and translating insights into design deliverables. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to work in a hybrid/onsite setting in Dallas, TX.
